Mohawk Man Facing Multiple Charges Including Burglary and Assault
A Mohawk man is facing several charges after allegedly forcing himself into a residence.
Ilion Police say 21-year-old John Mazza III entered a home without permission and physically assaulted the resident causing injury.
As a result of the incident Mazza was charged with Felony Assault, Felony Burglary, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and other charges.
Mazza was arraigned in the Village of Ilion Court and remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. He will return to the Village of Ilion Court at a later date.
