Munson Williams Arts Festival Kicks Off Today [GALLERY + AUDIO]

The Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute's annual Arts Festival kicked off today with music food and local artists displaying their work.

Director of public relations Joe Schmidt says the festival is a way to bring the community together.

The festival continues daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. through Wednesday.
