A new exhibition opens up at the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute on Sunday.

"Roaring into the Future: New York 1925-35" celebrates New York as the driving force behind the creation of 20th century modernism.

Museum President Anna D'Ambrosio says in that 10 year period, New York State artists, designers and manufacturers changed the way Americans lived, what they wore, what they ate and how they socialized.

The exhibition features more then 100 pieces of artwork, including masterpieces from the MWPAI collection.  It runs through October 9th.
