New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - Emergency First Responders revived a Morrisville man after he allegedly overdosed on Heroin in the Sears parking lot at Sangertown Square mall in New Hartford. However, police say that's only part of the story that subsequently led to the arrest of two individuals.

Around 9:30 p.m. last Friday, 27-year-old Daniel O. Parameter of Oneida, reported that his friend, 29-year-old Daniel L. Seitz had overdosed on heroin and was not breathing. When officials arrived they were able to revive the unconscious man, who was found in the Sears parking lot, and transport him to St. Lukes Hospital for further treatment.

After an investigation, New Hartford Police say they arrested Parameter and Seitz and charged them with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. The suspect who officials revived after overdosing, is facing an additional charge of Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. Both suspects will face the charges at a later date in New Hartford Town Court.
