Planet Fitness Coming To Riverside Center [VIDEO]

A new business is coming to the Riverside Center in North Utica.

Planet Fitness is scheduled to open the first week in December and will create 15 to 20 new jobs.

Mayor Robert Palmieri says Planet Fitness is another piece of the economic development puzzle in the city.

Palmieri says as Utica continues to grow and move in the right direction, the city will continue to attract national, regional and local businesses.

Planet Fitness also has a location in New Hartford.
