Police Investigating Infant Death In Blossvale

Blossvale, NY (WIBX) - State Police are awaiting autopsy results as they investigate the death of a infant in Blossvale, according Trooper Jack Keller.

Keller says police responded to a 911 call at around 10:45 Sunday night to the home on Pine Haven Circle and found the infant's father performing CPR. The child, 14-month- old Abigail Bunal, was taken to Rome Memorial Hospital where she was later pronounced dead, Keller said.

Keller said the parents are obviously distraught and are cooperating. The autopsy is planned for Tuesday, Keller said.
