Rockokie Competition Continues At Vernon Downs Tonight

The competition continues with the Top 20 to compete tonight. 

The contest will take place at Ring Eyed Pete's Bar on Vernon Down's gaming floor from 6-8pm. Audience members will get to vote for their favorite contestants as they perform on stage with a live band.

Tonight the judges and audience will cast votes to determine the Top 15 to perform for the next round. Five people are eliminated each Thursday night until it's narrowed down to the Top 5 contestants. For the finale on April 6th, the Top 5 will sing two songs of their choice before the winner is announced.

Somehow my brother Kyle and I managed our way through the first week, so come cheer us on as we make fools out of ourselves. I'll be singing Carrie Underwood's 'Before He Cheats' with my best fake country accent.
