Voters head to the polls today to decide on school district budgets and elect school board members.

In Utica, residents will vote on a $152 million budget with no tax increase.  There is also one school board seat up for election.

Rome voters will decide on a $110 million spending plan that contains a 0.4% property tax tax decease.

In New Hartford, residents will vote on a $12.6 million capital project along with the budget

Polls are open in most districts until 9:00.
