Schumer Completes Annual Tour Of Every County In New York

FORT EDWARD, N.Y. (AP) — Sen. Chuck Schumer has wrapped up his 20th annual tour of all 62 counties in New York state.

The Senate's Democratic leader toured a Washington County industrial park near the Vermont border on Friday as he completed his 2018 statewide tour.

Schumer has made a point of annually visiting each New York county since he became a senator two decades ago.

Schumer's office says the New York City resident has made 135 trips to upstate New York and Long Island.
