Scriba Man Stabbed With Kitchen Knife While Sitting In His Car
Scriba, NY (WIBX) - An Oswego man is facing assault and weapons charges after allegedly stabbing another man in the neck.
The victim, 34-year old Daryl Graddy, was sitting in his car, which had stalled into a ditch off of City Line Road in the Town of Scriba. The two men had apparently been fighting earlier last night.
31-Year old James Gibeau is now awaiting a court date at the Oswego County Jail. Bail has been set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
New York State Police were assisted by the Oswego County Sheriff's Office, Oswego City Ambulance, and the Scriba Volunteer Fire Department.
