Second Arrest Made In Olbiston Apartments Shooting

A second arrest has been made in the May 14th shooting at the Olbiston Apartments on Genesee Street.

Utica Police have charged 26-year old Travon Carter of Utica with assault, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

Charles Carter of Utica was arrested last week in connection with the shooting.
