Sex Offender Arrested

A Madison County man is behind bars after an investigation led to his arrest for sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and disseminating indecent material to minors.

Oneida city police arrested Harding Clark IV, 44, for allegedly sending indecent material to 13,14, and 15 year old girls on the internet and through text messages in an attempt to invite or induce them to engage in sexual conduct.

Clark is also alleged to have subjected a 14 and 15 year old girl to sexual contact.

He is being held in the Madison County Jail on $10,000 bail.
