Sheriff’s Office Deems Threat Involving Waterville Elementary Non-Credible
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is investigating a reported threat against the Waterville Elementary School.
According to Sheriff Rob Maciol, the threat was received last evening and was immediately investigated.
The threat was determined to not be credible and the students and staff were at no point in any danger.
The Department also wants the public to know that there is no connection between the bank robbery in Oriskany Falls and this alleged threat.
The Sheriff's Office worked in conjunction with the Waterville School District in their investigation.
