The Flying Wallendas Often Performed At Enchanted Forest In Old Forge

The famous Flying Wallenda tightrope act is somehing many central New Yorkers have seen up close and personal.

The Wallendas often performed at the Enchanted Forest, even before it was the Enchanted Forest Water Safari - the largest water park in New York State.

The week, Nik Wallenda had the world on the edge of its seat as he tightroped across a quarter-mile gap of the Grand Canyon.

Joining WIBX First News with Keeler in the Morning, Katie Noonan with Enchanted Forest Water Safari says she and many others from the water park watched with nail biting fear as Wallenda crossed the canyon with no safety devices.
