Utica Man Accused Of Using Cloned Credit Card

A Utica man is accused of using a cloned credit card containing a stolen credit card number to purchase over $200 worth of gift cards at the New Hartford Price Chopper.

New Hartford Police have charged 34-year old Donald Renz with forgery, criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny.

Police say Renz was already in the Oneida County jail on a parole violation

The cloned credit card is still under investigation.
