Warmer Fall and Winter for Northeast Predicted by Weather Experts
The Climate Prediction Center, a division of the National Weather Service, is calling for a warmer than normal Fall and Winter because of El Nino.

An El Nino is predicted for the fall and winter which would mean warmer temperatures for the upcoming fall and winter.
