Woman Facing Charges After Failing To Stop For Police
New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - New Hartford Police say a New York Mills woman is facing numerous vehicle and traffic charges after failing to stop for police.
Police says an officer tried to stop a car on Route 5 that was swerving in and out of the driving lanes.
A check of the license plate found the vehicle's owner had an active arrest warrant out of New Hartford Town Court.
55-year old Donna Ferneti was eventually pulled over on Oxford Road.
In addition to the arrest warrant, Ferenti face additional charges including unlawfully fleeing a police officer, passing a red light at three intersections and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
