Clayville Man Arrested After Domestic Dispute

A Clayville man has been arrested after a domestic dispute.

State Police say Marcus Cacilhas, 20,  a New York State parolee, allegedly menaced a woman with a metal pipe.

He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $25,000 bail.
