Utica’s Turn to Push Back Facing 0-2 Deficit
The Utica Comets return home to the Adirondack Bank on Center on Wednesday night in a big 0-2 series hole.
The Toronto Marlies held-serve this weekend, topping Utica in their opening round AHL playoff series by finals of 3-2 (OT), and 5-2, respectively.
The Comets need a win on Wednesday to stay alive in the best-of-five series, and while home cooking usually helps, the Marlies were the AHL's road warriors this season - posting a league best 30-5-1-2 record away from home.
If Utica can earn a win on Wednesday, they'd host Game 4 of the series on Friday night.
All fans attending Wednesday's game at the Adirondack Bank Center are encouraged to wear white.
