Say goodbye to the orange liquor, 'Cuse Juice. As of Monday at midnight, it can no longer be sold.  That's according to an agreement between the product's distillery and Syracuse University, which holds the trademark on the word 'Cuse.

Syracuse University charged that the Lock 1 Distilling Company did not have the right to produce the liqueur using the "Cuse" name because they held the rights to the brand. According to Syracuse.com, as of October 1st, the product can no longer be sold.

Lock 1 introduced 'Cuse Juice liqueur at the New York State Fair in 2018.
