Is Vernon Downs about to close its doors forever?  Will Albany put a deal together to make the business operation profitable?

On Friday, WIBX spoke with local legislators and the owner of Vernon Downs to discuss the tax break legislation that didn't get passed before the NY Legislative summer break.
