- A Utica woman is growing frustrated with expensive home renovation after her entire basement flooded (all the way up the stair and nearly into the kitchen!). But, Sarah says what's worse is the fear that it's probably going to happen again. She doesn't believe enough is being done to address fequent flooding in parts of the city.
