Man Arrested On Sex Charges

Oneida, NY (WIBX) - State Police have arrested a Madison County man on sex charges.

Police say the arrest of 25-year old Richard Zdanowicz of Earlville stems from an investigation into Zdanowicz allegedly having sexual contact with a girl undee the age of 15.

Zdanowicz was charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor, Criminal Sexual Act and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

He was arraigned in Town of Eaton Court and Sent to the Madison County Jail on $20,000 bail.
