New Hartford Man Faces Multiple Charges After Domestic Violence Incident

A New Hartford man is facing multiple charges after an investigation into a domestic incident that happened on September 5.

New Hartford Police say Isaac Jackson, 31, allegedly put a knife to the head of a woman, threatened to kill her and also broke her arm during the incident.

Jackson was charged with Assault, Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Mischief and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.

He was sent to the Oneida County Jail without bail.
