A Rome man has been arrested following an investigation into the sale of a Bobcat skid-steer on eBay from his business, Proforce Excavation and Equipment in Rome..

State Police say 25-year old Cody Madonia failed to provide the piece of equipment after receiving a payment of$17,500.

Madonia has been charged with grand larceny.
