Sheriff’s Office Holds Ceremony Honoring Veterans

Ahead of Veterans Day, Oneida County Sheriff Rob Maciol presented uniform pins to members of the Sheriff's Office who are veterans during a ceremony on Friday.

The New York State Sheriff's Association designed a pin with the logo of the NYSSA that will be presented to Sheriff's Office members across the state who are veterans.

The National Defense pins can be worn on their uniforms.

Nearly 70 members of the Oneida County Sheriff's Office are veterans.
