Snow Emergency In Utica Beginning At 10PM

The City of Utica has declared a Snow Emergency.

It will go into effect at 10:00pm and will remain in effect until further notice.

All vehicles left on city streets after 10:00 tonight will be subject to ticketing and towing at the owner's expense.
