Two Utica Men Charged In January Armed Robbery

Two Utica men have been arrested in connection with a January armed robbery at the Assary Market on Sunset Avenue.

Utica Police have charged 20-year old Jeremy Hogans and 20-year old Noel Sanchez with first-degree robbery.

Police say the men entered the store and one of the men displayed a handgun.

They say the man with the handgun kept the clerk at gunpoint as the second man took money from the register.
