The owners of two local businesses are combining forces to start a third.

Tim Hardiman, Melissa Hardiman, Chris Talgo, and Tracey Talgo are bringing the farm to the table again, this time at Utica Bread, located at 106 Genesee Street in Utica, New York.  The two couples own The Tailor and the Cook; Chris and Tracey also own Nail Creek Pub and Brewery.

Although some have had the opportunity to taste their bread and bakery samples over the past few weeks while they work to create le pain parfait, the official opening of the European-style bakery, heavily influenced by a flair for French, is not until Wednesday.

The Hardimans stopped by WIBX First News with Keeler this morning with pastry chef Deanna Danis and head baker Steve Arbogast to break bread with Keeler and crew.  You can see the interview below:
