Utica Man Arrested On Drug Charges

A Utica man is facing several drug charges following the search of an apartment at 700 Court Street.

Utica Police say during the search, they allegedly found cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

48-year old Heriberto Gonzalez was arrested and charged with four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He's also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
