Utica Man Charged With Assault In James Street Stabbings

A Utica man is facing charges following a fight outside of Dudley Food Corp on James Street.

Utica Police say 20-year old Jeffery Polanco allegedly stabbed two other men during the altercation.

Polanco was charged with assault and criminal possession of weapon.

Both victims were treated at local hospitals for non-life threatening injuries.
