Waterville Man Charged In Domestic Dispute

Brookfield, NY (WIBX) - A Waterville man is facing numerous charges following a domestic dispute in the Town of Brookfield.

State Police say 38-year old Patrick Ellis was involved in a physical altercation with his wife .

Troopers say during the dispute, Ellis threatened two people with a shoutgun and the weapon was fired.

Ellis was charged with reckless endangement, assault, two counts of menacing, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and illegally discharging a weapon within 500 feet of a residence.

He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
