$20,000 Grant For Sculpture Space
Sculpture Space in Utica has received a $20,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts.
The funding will bring 18 artists to Utica for two-month long residencies.
They'll have 24-hour access to indoor and outdoor workspaces, specialized equipment, technical support and housing.
The program supports national and international artists.
A non-profit organization with a 35-year record of success, Sculpture Space also offers the public a valuable opportunity to meet innovative artists and to learn about contemporary sculpture.
The grant was announced by Congressman Richard Hanna.
