Onondaga County, NY (WIBX) - The 64-year-old Manlius man who died in a canoe accident in Cazenovia Lake this week, apparently died from pre-existing health issues. That's according to Madison County officials releasing the preliminary autopsy results. Foul play and drowning were ruled out as a cause in the death of Arthur Morris, III.

Morris was pulled from the lake after falling out of his canoe around 4:00 Sunday afternoon. Bystanders report Morris was responsive when he was pulled from the waters, and was wearing a life jacket. A final autopsy report is pending release from the Onondaga County Medical Examiner's Office.
