The Oneida County Sheriff's Department is looking for a 20 year old male on weapons charges, as part of this week's Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers Wanted Person of the Week.

Name: Sirr Roberts, 20

DOB: 04/04/2001

Description:  6'2" 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes

Sirr Roberts is a Black male 20 years of age with a DOB of 04/04/2001, is 6'2" 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, according to Sgt. Michael J. Ladd of the Oneida County Sheriff's Department. Police say, Roberts is wanted for the Felony Charge of Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd after he was released on bail from Oneida County Court. Roberts failed to appear for a subsequent court appearance and his whereabouts are unknown, according to police.

Police are asking for calls to be made to the Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers tip line anonymously at 1-866-730-8477.

Ladd added as a reminder that "everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law."
