The Empire State Development Board of Directors has approved $20 million in funding for 30 projects that will spur economic growth in New York State.

In the Mohawk Valley, the Village of Frankfort will get up to $50,000 to renovate the store facades of 10 qualified businesses on Main and South Litchfield Street.

The project is designed to stimulate economic revitalization and small business development while making Frankfort's Main Street more inviting for shoppers, visitors and investors.

Across New York State the projects are expected to create 30 new jobs and enable the creation of hundreds more.
