Frankfort Man Arrested for Sexual Contact with Under Age Girl
An investigation conducted by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has led to the arrest of a Frankfort man.
According to the Child Advocacy Center, 36-year-old Joseph Dragotta was arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a female under the age of 13, while in the City of Utica.
Dragotta was arrested and charged with a Felony Criminal Sexual Act in the 1st degree. He was arraigned and sent to Oneida County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
The investigation is ongoing and more charges are possible. The victim was offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
