6 AM Hour

Get ready for the sunshine.  The weather looks beautiful over the next few days.

We talk politics.

We speak with Tonya J. Powers from Fox News about Election 2016 and Donald Trump's appearance in Rome, New York yesterday.  She says Ted Cruz has given up on New York.  John Kasich's tactics have changed.

About six thousand supporters came out to see Donald Trump yesterday.  Keeler says that is impressive given that there was less than 24 hours' official notice prior to Trump's arrival.

The surviving band members of the band Spirit are suing the band Led Zeppelin over the song "Stairway to Heaven," alleging that the song "Taurus" was the inspiration for it.

We talk about the shooting death of Will Smith and new information that has come out about the incident.  The information at this points leads to more questions than answers.

Ithaca Mayor Svante Myrick joins us to talk about his support of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for President.  "No matter which way you slice this race," he says, "...Hillary Clinton has two and a half million more votes than Bernie Sanders..."  He predicts a double-digit win for Hillary in New York.

Former United States Attorney and Vermont resident Tristram Coffin says that he is supporting Hillary Clinton for President as well.  Of Clinton he says that she is a very practical, effective person who has done great things.

8 AM Hour

A new study is out that says that you will lose weight if you...chew more loudly.

Kristine says that the Trump rally did not affect the Neil DeGrasse Tyson event.  He spoke at Hamilton College last night.

Local Trump supporter Jim Zecca calls in to talk about the rally.

"Legal Lis," Lis Wiehl joins us to talk about some of this week's weirdest news stories.

Sheriff Rob Maciol was at yesterday's Donald trump rally.  The Oneida County Sheriff's Office was there helping to provide security for the event along with the Rome Police Department, other law enforcement agencies, and the United States Secret Service.  He says that representatives from every law enforcement agency in the area were in attendance.
