The continued excessive heat has caused a slight change in the venue for the Levitt AMP concert taking place tonight.

For the safety of performers, audience members and crew the coordinators of Levitt AMP have decided Monday's show will move indoors.

The updated venue is Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute. Munson Williams is already assignd as the rain date location, but will today act as a "heat location."

Doc Woods will open the concert at 6:00pm and Utica native and award-winning jazz vocalist Laurie Dapice will headline at 7:30pm. 16-year-old local singer, Zachariah Perkett, is auditioning for American Idol this summer will sing at Intermission.
