Man Charged In Dog Attack

Waterville, NY (WIBX) - A Sangerfield man is facing charges in connection with a dog attack.

State Police have charged Merwin Drake with two counts of reckless endangerment and three
counts of having unlicensed, unvaccinated dogs.

The charges stem from a dog attack that happened last month on Carney Road in Sangerfield that
left two victims seriously injured.

Drake will answer the charges later this month in Town of Sangerfield Court.
