Rome Juvenile Charged With Sexual Abuse

A 15-year old boy has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say the boy subjected a girl under the age of 17 to repeated and unwanted sexual contact.

The suspect is scheduled to appear at Oneida County Probation in Rome later this month.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
