UPD Unveils Fugitive Of The Week

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police officials are asking the public's help in apprehending their fugitive of the week. Officials say the suspect is wanted for domestic related offenses and is currently on parole. 22-year-old, Vinson Everrette Wynne is described as 150 lbs, African American male, about 5'11. Police say Wynne should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact UPD warrants at (315) 223-3580. All calls will be kept confidential.
