Utica Man Accused Of Having Sexual Contact With A Child

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 33-year old Emanuel Reed is accused of having sexual contact with a girl under the age of 14 in the City of Utica.

Reed is charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
