Utica Man Facing Rape Charge

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a child in the City of Utica earlier this month.

Officials with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 32-year old Craig Chisolm is charged with rape.

An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the victim

The victim has also been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
