A Utica man who is a registered level two sex offender has been arrested for allegedly abusing a seven year old child in Utica..

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has charged 36-year old Jerry Lee Miller with sexual contact with a child

The investigation is continuing and more charges are possible.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
