Man Charged With Inappropriate Internet Contact With A Minor

An Oriskany Falls man has been arrested for allegedly having inappropriate internet contact with an under-aged girl.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 19-year old Shane Kilts sent indecent material to the 14-year old through a social media site in June.

Kilts is facing a felony charge of disseminating indecent material to minors

An Order of Protection was requested on behalf of the victim.

The victim was offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
