Utica Man Charged With Having Sexual Contact With A Child

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 48-year old Baron Lopsey is charged with Criminal Sexual Act, a felony.  Investigators say the incident involved a child under the age of 17 in Utica.

Lopsey is being held in the County Jail without bail.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
